The following terms and conditions must be agreed to before any rental.
I understand and acknowledge that the rental of an inflatable unit brings with it known and unanticipated risks to myself, my guests and anyone using the inflatable. Those risks include but are not limited to; falling, slipping, crashing, colliding and could result in injury, illness, disease and emotional distress, death and/or property damage to myself or my guests and/or invitees. I acknowledge and certify that I have adequate homeowners insurance, tenant insurance or other liability insurance to cover the bodily injury or property damage which may occur to me or my guests and/or invitees from the use of the inflatable unit in which I am renting. I understand that I am using the equipment entirely at my own risk and that I am responsible for any and all liability resulting from the operation and/or use of inflatable unit. I voluntary release, indemnify, hold harmless and discharge Bay Area Inflatables from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions or rights of actions whether personal to me or a third party, which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with my rental of the inflatable unit. I have also read and understood the rules and policies forms set forth by Bay Area Inflatables and agree to follow them.
I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS, NEITHER EXPRESSED NOR IMPLIED IN CONNECTION WITH THE INFLATABLE UNIT AND THAT THERE IS NOT A WARRANTY THAT THE INFLATABLE UNIT WILL BE FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
I agree that if the inflatable unit develops an indication of defect or improper working conditions I will immediately stop using the inflatable and contact Bay Area Inflatables.
I have read and understood the terms and conditions of this agreement and agree to be bound by them. I further warrant and represent that I am either the customer named above or I am authorized and empowered to accept delivery of the inflatable and to sign this agreement on their behalf and as their agent. Furthermore, I agree I am also binding myself personally as an additional party to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement.
I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THERE WILL BE A 3.5% SERVICE CHARGE WILL BE ADDED TO ALL CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS
Cancellation/Inclement Weather Policy
We require a $100 deposit at the time of booking your rental. If you cancel within seven days of your delivery date, we will credit your deposit towards a future rental (dependent upon availability). If you cancel more than seven days prior to delivery, we will refund your full deposit.
For the protection of your guests and our equipment, inflatables will not be used in the rain or when the wind exceeds 15 miles per hour. If the weather is inclement on the day of your delivery, we will contact you on the status of your delivery. If rain or wind forces us to cancel your delivery, we will refund your full deposit if we cannot accommodate your postponement date.
Safety Policy
Inflatable must be used under adult supervision at all times
Participants using the inflatables should be grouped according to size and age
Small children should not be in the inflatable with larger children and/or adults who are not supervising them
Participants must remove shoes, glasses, jewelry, hair bands and other materials which may damage the inflatables
No food, drinks, gum, or silly string are allowed in the inflatables
Absolutely no tumbling, flips, wrestling, or any other form of "rough housing"
No jumping on any of the slides
Keep away from the sides and netting of the inflatables
No climbing on the exterior of the inflatables
Keep all hot objects (barbeques, torches, fireworks etc.) away from the inflatables
Keep away from swimming pools
Do not tape or fasten anything to the inflatable
Inflatable Requirements
Electric outlet within 100 feet of the inflatable. (Generator is available if no electircal outlet is available)
Ground must be dry and free of debris
Must have a flat surface large enough to accommodate the inflatable (Bay Area Inflatables has the right to deny set up on steep hills or other unsafe locations.)
If the wet/dry slide is used as a wet slide, a hose bib must be within 100 feet
